Before you book: skip if any are true

We move quick and expect the same from anyone joining. If any of these points describe you, this probably is not a match.

Start time: You can't start working for us within the next 2-3 weeks.
Dedication: You will working as a freelancer, doing a degree or something else that takes up your time.
Comp: You can't start at USD $1,500-$2,000/mo.
Hours: You can't do 3-4+ hrs overlap with AEST, Mon-Fri.
React depth: You can't explain useEffect deps, or why using array index as a key can break toggles.
Git hygiene: You push to main, make mega commits, or avoid rebasing/PR reviews.
Learning: You haven't learned anything new in the last 3 months or you dislike feedback.
AI use: You paste code from AI without reading it, can't explain it, or won't disclose AI use.
Shipping pace: Weekly deploys stress you out; you prefer slow change.
Trial & test: You're not okay with a paid 1-month paid trial before you get a full-time contract.
Clients (later): You never want to be client-facing once you're ramped.
Communication: You're not able to communicate clearly via text or video.
AI: You're not willing to learn and use Claude Code if you're not already doing so.
